Questions We Get Before People Register
Honest answers. No sales spin.
Do I need to be technical to attend?
No. The curriculum is designed for business owners, not developers. You don't need to know how to code. You need to know how to run your business — we handle the technical layer together in the room.
What if I've never used HubSpot before?
Most students haven't. We set up HubSpot together on Day 1, starting from scratch. By the end of the first day you'll have your contact list imported, lead scoring configured, and your first segment defined.
What industry is this designed for?
All of them. The training uses Acme LLC — a deliberately generic small business — so the curriculum applies across verticals. We've run it for commercial cleaning, professional services, home improvement, B2B consulting, and more. If you do outbound sales, the stack works.
How is this different from watching YouTube tutorials?
YouTube gives you knowledge. This gives you a deployed system. You leave with your actual pipeline configured, your actual contact list scored, and your actual first sequence running. The three days are implementation, not instruction.
What happens after the three days?
Twelve weeks of direct support. Weekly office hours with Wes and Michael. A structured implementation timeline so you stay on track. Access to the graduate community. We don't disappear when the class ends.
What do I need to bring to class?
A laptop, a contact list of any size, and your business. We install everything together. You don't need existing software subscriptions — we set those up as part of Day 1.
Is there a payment plan?
Contact us. We work with owners to make this accessible. We'd rather you show up with a payment plan than skip a system that would pay for itself in the first month.
